📸 Photo Submission Guidelines: Help Us Create Magic!
To ensure your custom art is perfect, please read these simple guidelines before sending us your photo.
1. Submit a Clear Photo (Refer to Our Clarity Example)
We use advanced AI to turn your pet into a masterpiece. The quality of your art depends directly on the quality of your photo.
❌ Bad (Blurred): Do NOT send photos that are out of focus, hazy, or too dark (like our BLURRED example).
✅ Good (Clear): Please send a photo that is bright, sharp, and detailed, showing your pet's fur and face clearly (like our CLEAR example).
2. Your Art Requirements
Along with your clear photo, please tell us:
Size: What size do you need for delivery?
Background: Your desired setting (at home, a magical forest, space, etc.).
Style: Choose from the styles listed under the art examples on our home page (e.g., Soft Watercolor, Pop Art, Cosmic), or describe your own custom dream style.
3. Delivery Format
Let us know if you want the final digital artwork delivered as a JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Note: For printing purposes, we recommend the Print-Ready PDF format.
4. How to Send & Important Notification
Please send your high-quality photo and requirements to us via:
